Peer Review Policy

Peer Review System & Evaluation

IJRAFS uses a double-blind peer review system to guarantee unbiased and objective review of submitted papers.

Every submission is subjected to an initial editorial screening to determine whether the article has the right relevance, quality, and originality as well as adheres to the journal's guidelines. Papers that qualify for further review are then sent out to be assessed by qualified subject specialists under the double blind review process.

The assessment of manuscripts by the reviewers is done on the basis of their originality, methodology, scientific value, clarity, relevance to the scope of the journal, and ethics. Depending on the recommendation of the reviewers and the editorial assessment, the manuscript may be accepted, revised, or rejected.

Core Principles: Confidentiality, fairness, research integrity, and transparency form an integral part of the peer-review process at IJRAFS.
