Submission Guidelines

The Journal of Innovative Multidisciplinary Studies (JIMS) encourages the submission of original research papers, review articles, case studies and scholarly contributions from a wide range of academic disciplines. The submission guidelines are intended to assist authors in preparing their manuscripts in a clear and professional way for the review and publication process. Authors are requested to read the guidelines carefully before submitting their manuscripts.

Preparing Manuscripts

Before submitting a manuscript to the Journal of Emerging Trends in Commerce and Leadership (JIMS), the authors should ensure that:

  • The work is original, unpublished
  • The manuscript is written in clear and understandable English.
  • All authors approve the submission
  • The content has been proofread for grammar and clarity
  • Research findings, data, and references are presented accurately
  • The manuscript is within the scope of multidisciplinary academic research

Authors are invited to submit manuscripts that are well-structured and professionally prepared.

File Format

  • Please submit manuscripts in Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx)
  • Use simple and uniform formatting
  • Tables, figures, and circuit diagrams should be clearly labeled
  • Use correct electrical symbols, notation, and units

Manuscript Structure

The following elements should be present in a paper:

Title Page

  • Title of the paper
  • Name(s) of author(s)
  • Institutional affiliation(s)
  • Contact information of the corresponding author

Abstract

  • A short description of the research
  • Purpose, method, and highlights

Keywords

  • 4 to 6 relevant keywords
  • Word limit: Original research articles – 6,000–8,000 words (including references); Review papers – up to 10,000 words.

  • Methodology or Design Approach
  • Analysis and Results
  • Discussion
  • Conclusion
  • References

References

  • List all cited sources clearly.
  • Consistently apply a citation style.

Submission Process

  • Create an account or sign in
  • Click on "New Submission" and submit your manuscript
  • Submit necessary documents, if any
  • Provide a brief cover letter about your study
  • Authors can check the status of their manuscript in their account

Ethical Requirements

We follow basic publication ethics:

  • Ensure originality of the work
  • Don't plagiarise or submit to multiple journals
  • Correctly reference sources
  • Acknowledge any conflict of interest or sources of funding
  • Accurately report data, design, and analysis
